About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, confident in communication, and skilled at building trust with clients. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing deals, overcoming objections, and ensuring prospects move from interest to commitment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls with qualified leads provided by the team. Present company services / products in a compelling and professional manner. Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward decision-making. Build strong rapport with clients to increase conversion and retention. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM. Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to improve sales strategies. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling objections and high-ticket closing. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, etc.). Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure. Preferred Qualifications
Background in telecommunications, BPO & outsourcing, communication sector. Track record of meeting / exceeding sales quotas. Bilingual communication skills (a plus). Compensation & Benefits
