Job Summary :
A Relationship Manager in Transaction Banking primarily manages client relationships and offers tailored solutions for transaction banking needs.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients for transaction banking solutions including cash management, collections, payments, and trade finance .
- Drive new business opportunities and onboard new-to-bank clients .
- Ensure high-quality client servicing and act as a trusted advisor for banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless services.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and international best practices.
- Prepare MIS, call reports, and client reviews within defined timelines.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell digital and transactional banking products .
Required Qualification & Experience :
Bachelor’s in Marketing or related fields. Master's degree will be preferredMinimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking / Cash Management / Trade Finance.Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections & Payments).Excellent client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored banking solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
