We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Executive to provide exceptional inbound and outbound support to US-based customers, insurance providers, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in handling a variety of customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and ticketing systems in a healthcare IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from US-based customers, insurance companies, and patients via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage patient complaints and concerns effectively, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes.
- Follow up to ensure all issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Provide daily sign-offs and reports to Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and team goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery to all stakeholders.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader / Supervisor.
Qualifications & Experience
1-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Agent, Customer Support Specialist, or Call Center Representative, preferably with US-based clients.Experience communicating via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.Familiarity with healthcare IT or insurance-related customer service is a plus.Details
