Client Service Datafeed Team
helps clients access and use datasets after purchase through various machine-delivery platforms. We support integration, troubleshooting, outages, migrations, usage review, and client retention efforts. Our team develops custom scripts and collaborates with sales to promote product adoption. About The Role Grade Level (for internal use) :
09 The Client Service Datafeed Team assists clients and internal stakeholders globally, providing frontline support and acting as an escalation point for unresolved queries. The role involves improving case handling efficiency and ensuring timely feedback to enhance client support. Assist the Client Service Datafeed Manager in guiding the team to prioritize workflows and meet / exceed expectations. Showcase best practices for SPGCI datasets post-sales support, collaborating with Commercial, Product, and Technology teams. Work with management and regional teams to optimize work processes. Reduce outstanding service requests in volume and time. Provide positive customer experiences, including handling calls during peak periods. Monitor SPGCI datasets usage proactively through internal tools. Develop basic API integration scripts and guides for common programming languages. Support API and web portal design, and self-service tools. Manage customer issues proactively and serve as the first escalation point. What We’re Looking For Required Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent. Experience in application support. Excellent customer support skills, both written and oral. Technical analytical skills, troubleshooting, root cause analysis. Knowledge of RESTful APIs (HTTP, OData). Preferred Skills : Understanding of commodity markets. Proficiency in Python, writing clean code, troubleshooting client code. Knowledge of SQL, Cloud Delivery Channels (Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS). Familiarity with AI Large Language Models (LLMs), developing AI agents, working with structured datasets for AI. Work Schedule :
Ability to work in rotational shifts (APAC, EMEA, US hours).
