About the Role We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—guiding them through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition, and setting them up for long-term success. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
Conduct welcome calls and walkthroughs to introduce services, tools and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations and support) to ensure smooth handovers.
Understand client goals and tailor onboarding to meet their specific needs.
Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and client interactions in CRM.
Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and enhance client experience.
Build strong, trust-based relationships that lay the foundation for long-term retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in client onboarding, account management, or client success roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
Experience with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services.
Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
