Client Acquisition Manager
to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in
client acquisition, lead generation, and IT services sales . Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert
new business opportunities
in target markets. Manage and grow relationships with
B2B clients , ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business. Conduct meetings with prospects and deliver clear, compelling presentations of our services. Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals aligned with client requirements. Research industry trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities. Maintain a
robust sales pipeline
and provide regular sales performance reports. Requirements
3+ years of proven experience
in business development or IT / software services sales. Strong background in
lead generation, client acquisition, and account management . Basic understanding of
IT / software development
to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results. Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. Desired Skills
