We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Business Development Specialist who has proven experience in the IT industry and expertise in using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing marketplaces to onboard new clients.

To strengthen our growth, we are looking for a Client Acquisition & Business Development Specialist who has proven experience in the IT industry and expertise in using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr and other freelancing marketplaces to onboard new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities specifically in the IT / software services sector.
  • Acquire clients through platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and similar B2B channels .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and customized solutions.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and new channels for growth.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and provide regular reports on progress and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT / software services business development .
  • Proven success in client acquisition through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) .
  • Strong background in lead generation, digital sales, and account management .
  • Good understanding of IT / software development services to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, achieve sales targets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
