About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—guiding them through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition, and setting them up for long-term success. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients during the onboarding phase.
- Conduct welcome calls and walkthroughs to introduce services, tools and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations and support) to ensure smooth handovers.
- Understand client goals and tailor onboarding to meet their specific needs.
- Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and client interactions in CRM.
- Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and enhance client experience.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships that lay the foundation for long-term retention.
Requirements
Proven experience in client onboarding, account management, or client success roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.Ability to explain complex processes in a simple, clear, and engaging way.Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.Experience with CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Background in BPO, outsourcing, or professional services.Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.Compensation & Benefits
