Onboarding specialists are accountable for delivering content that helps our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal is to conduct informative training sessions, help new team members navigate their onboarding schedule, and contribute to the growth of the onboarding program. The Onboarding role is a lead role on the onboarding facilitation team that reports to the Sales Onboarding Program Manager. You will specialize in delivering training content to new team members, responding to stakeholder requests, and leading initiatives to keep the program’s curriculum relevant and engaging. Ideally, you have experience working in or helping develop an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members from acceptance through reaching their first quota. This role requires onsite work. What You’ll Do :
Deliver training to primarily entry to mid-level front-line Sales staff. Support multiple classes of new team members from onboarding through ramp-up. Coach new team members on sales strategy and process adherence during early stages. Conduct exercises and activities to enhance learning. Source and create enablement content, including : Structured slide decks Internal product and “One Pagers” Videos (voice over and webinar / screenshare) eLearning experiences Email templates Talking points / scripts Role plays Facilitator guides Sales playbooks (excluding SOPs) Schedule training sessions. Handle facilitator requests and collaborate with the Program Manager on new initiatives. What We’re Looking For :
2+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, or related roles. Strong facilitation and coaching skills. Experience designing and delivering sales training content. Ability to analyze and improve training effectiveness. Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders. Passion for sales, enablement, and developing top teams.
