To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition, lead generation, and IT services sales .
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in target markets.
- Manage and grow relationships with B2B clients , ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Conduct meetings with prospects and deliver clear, compelling presentations of our services.
- Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular sales performance reports.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in business development or IT / software services sales.Strong background in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management .Basic understanding of IT / software development to communicate effectively with clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and deliver measurable results.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.Desired Skills
