Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications : 2+ years of Salesforce Administration and / or Development. Experience with Sales Cloud and / or Service Cloud. Experience with data management and relational database design and workflows. Experience using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, VS Code or Other IDEs). Strong understanding of relational databases. Good business analyst skills. Experience with Google Docs / Drive. Roles and Responsibilities : Handles a variety of day-to-day functions, including user and production maintenance, creating custom reports, users, and dashboards, and workflows. Administers overall setup, configuration, and maintenance of the Salesforce application. Troubleshooting system issues and providing technical advice and support for users. Solves internal user-related requests and issues. Handles permissions, Custom Reports and dashboards, Flows, etc. Serve as the subject matter expert for solutions that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex environments. Strong understanding of Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration. Attend daily operational calls / meetings. Location : Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan
