Overview

Binary Ops Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Salesforce CRM Implementation Specialist to lead a major CRM deployment project for our sister charity, Forgotten Women. This role is key to delivering a fully integrated Salesforce solution to manage donors, volunteers, fundraising, finance, and marketing operations. Location : In-house, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full Salesforce CRM implementation tailored for a non-profit setup.
• Integrate Salesforce with platforms like Stripe, WordPress, Xero, Twilio, and calling systems.
• Build custom dashboards, donor / volunteer profiles, reporting tools, and marketing automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and implement risk management features including donor background checks.
• Provide system training, documentation, and ongoing support for stakeholders.
