About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly persuasive, confident in communication, and skilled at building trust with clients. As a Sales Closer, you will be responsible for finalizing deals, overcoming objections, and ensuring prospects move from interest to commitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with qualified leads provided by the team.
- Present company services / products in a compelling and professional manner.
- Handle objections effectively and guide prospects toward decision-making.
- Build strong rapport with clients to increase conversion and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and closed deals in CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to improve sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Account Executive, or similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence in handling objections and high-ticket closing.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Experience with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, etc.).Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.Preferred Qualifications
Background in telecommunications, BPO & outsourcing, communication sector.Track record of meeting / exceeding sales quotas.Bilingual communication skills (a plus).Compensation & Benefits
