CRM Executive

Responsibilities :

• Maintain the accuracy and functionality of the Company’s database.
• Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system.
• Develop and implement Client Engagement techniques to retain existing customers.
• Generate and execute Sales & Purchase agreements from all parties.
• Hand over SPAs to customers and the Document Control Department.
• Scan all SPAs to maintain records.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify and resolve customer support and technical problems.
• Assist in the collection of installment payments.
• Create memos for management approval on customer requests.
• Reconcile payments with the Finance Department.
• Address client queries.
