Implement sales and service plans to achieve growth objectives by coordinating with BM / RM. Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets in consultation with line managers. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers following bank SOPs. Achieve sales targets ethically, avoiding family loaning, activist-based lending, and adjustment lending. Enhance profitability through loan sales and expanding the customer base, adhering to SOPs. Market bank products and develop marketing strategies. Identify business opportunities by prospecting and industry evaluation. Evaluate customer profiles using the five C’s of credit. Communicate terms and conditions of products to customers. Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure performance targets. Ensure proactive loan collection and timely repayment, maintaining 100% collection rate following SOPs. Handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse. Guide customers to deposit repayments at the cash counter; avoid cash handling unless in field collections with proper compliance. Prepare weekly activity plans and review deviations with line managers. Conduct regular customer meetings as per product programs. Book loans in compliance with policies, procedures, ethics, and standards. Continuously update product knowledge and recommend improvements based on feedback. Maintain high service standards and ensure no complaints by following fair treatment policies. Develop and sustain long-term customer relationships. Report fraud or potential losses to line managers.
