Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in office management, with a strong background in Human Resources (HR). Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required. A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Job Specification :
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and external parties to ensure smooth workflow.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Manage office budgeting, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
- Supervise office staff, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
