This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple aspects of operations — from project management to sales support, workflow optimization, and problem-solving. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day business activities run smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote, full-time position with fixed Pakistan Standard Time working hours. Key Responsibilities : Manage and deliver projects from start to finish. Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows. Build and manage new sales channels. Oversee daily operations and support team productivity. Proactively solve problems before they escalate. Turn CEO’s ideas into structured, actionable plans. Requirements : Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT. Basic understanding of web and app development concepts. Experience with automation tools and advanced Google Sheets. Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr. Strong communication and sales skills. Excellent written and spoken English. About You : Self-starter with strong ownership of your work. Problem-solver who works proactively without constant supervision. Able to handle multiple tasks effectively. Collaborative, professional, and results-driven. Comfortable working remote PKT hours.
