Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management System design and implementation Defining policies and strategies for smooth operation of the IT company Managing operational teams Ensuring smooth running of operations Designing and developing quality assurance mechanisms Creating SOPs for IT operations Preparing documentation, briefing papers, reports, and presentations for clients Developing timelines for project and operational deliverables Handling administration matters of the sub-office Using IT systems / software to track project / task progress Communicating with international clients Overseeing costing and billing of operations Maintaining all project / operation documentation including service delivery plans Leading and directing project / operations team members Taking meeting minutes and following up with relevant department heads Conducting background research on assigned tasks and presenting findings Performing any other tasks assigned by the VP Documenting ideas (from oneself or received from VP / Top management) and designing implementation plans covering logistical, financial, technical, and human resource needs Job Specification
