Segment Head Sales & Services - North

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Segment Head Sales & Services to lead our North Region operations. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to drive B2B sales growth, enhance brand positioning, and spearhead business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, dynamic leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of HR, Fintech, and enterprise solutions markets.

Job Responsibilities :

• Design and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve regional revenue targets, leveraging competitive intelligence and market demand analysis.
• Lead the development of operational and financial performance reports for the sales division.
• Manage, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams; foster a culture of performance, learning, and growth.
• Champion cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to expand market share and maximise revenue.
• Drive brand awareness and market penetration through innovative sales programs and strategic positioning.
• Develop and monitor annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans in alignment with organisational objectives.
• Provide actionable insights through analysis of market trends, yield strategies, and customer behaviour.
