Provide direction for strategic and operational matters including clinical delivery, financial, human resource, and quality management in accordance with the vision, mission, values, and policies of the organization.
Develop, implement and evaluate short and long term goals & objectives to ensure consistency with organizational goals.
Direct day to day administration and coordination of designated departments and services as assigned.
Direct, participate in the preparation, administration, and budget; evaluate staffing, equipment, supply needs; prepare justifications and cost-benefit analyses; review and recommend approval of expenditures.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems and processes designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
Maintain continuing quality assessment and improvement analysis and evaluation of patient care delivery and communicate to the administration on the activities / issues of patient care services.
Maintain compliance with regulations governing hospitals and the rules of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations & initiating changes where required.
