Operations Manager

Zambeel stores are looking for an Operational Manager for their company. Some responsibilities that must be fulfilled during the job are as follows : Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality standards. Planning and controlling change. Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being. Contributing toward the achievement of company strategic and operational objectives. Performing quality control and monitoring KPIs. Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective team operation. Building coordination between the sales team and other internal departments. Working closely with the Executive Director & NSM and preparing daily sales-related reports. Job Specification
