Operations Manager

Overview

Zambeel stores are looking for an operations manager for his company. Some responsibilities that must be fulfilled during the job are as follows : Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specification and quality environment. Planning and controlling change. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well being. Contribute toward the achievement of company strategic and operational objectives. Perform quality control and monitor KPIs. Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes & implementation of effective team operation. Build coordination between the sales team and other internal departments. Closely work with the executive director & NSM and prepare daily sales related reports. Responsibilities

Ensure operations align with specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. Plan and manage process changes efficiently. Improve systems, processes, and practices to support organizational goals. Support achievement of strategic and operational objectives. Quality control and KPI monitoring. Develop and implement new processes and foster effective team operations. Coordinate between sales and other departments. Prepare daily sales-related reports in collaboration with leadership.
