Position : Operations Manager

Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Working Hours : 11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Salary : PKR 30,000 – 40,000 / month

About the Role :

Zapio Solutions is looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage multiple aspects of operations — from project management to sales support, workflow optimization, and problem-solving. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day business activities run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a remote, full-time position with fixed Pakistan Standard Time working hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and deliver projects from start to finish.

Develop and optimize internal processes and workflows.

Build and manage new sales channels.

Oversee daily operations and support team productivity.

Proactively solve problems before they escalate.

Turn CEO’s ideas into structured, actionable plans.

Requirements :

Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT.

Basic understanding of web and app development concepts.

Experience with automation tools and advanced Google Sheets.

Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Strong communication and sales skills.

Excellent written and spoken English.
