Software Engineer | Full Stack Developer | Cloud Computing

We’re Hiring : Upwork Bidder / Business Developer (Night Shift | Onsite)

Location : Guberg Greens, Islamabad

Shift : Night (Onsite)

Experience : 6 months – 2 years

Company : aSimplify

At aSimplify, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Upwork Bidder / Business Developer who’s not just proactive but also has a knack for strong English communication. Your role will involve engaging with international clients, crafting persuasive proposals, and sealing the deal.

Responsibilities

Spot and bid on projects that match our expertise
Create compelling, customized proposals
Manage client communications, discovery, and negotiations
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth project kickoff

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development

Exceptional English skills, both written and spoken

A solid understanding of IT services, software, and digital solutions

Willingness to work onsite during the night shift
