Description
The candidate should be an experienced, self-motivated, high-performance sales professional capable of creating solutions and services projects to address identified customer business outcomes in enterprise accounts.
The candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to develop account plans, maximize the value of the accounts, and deliver incremental revenue.
Job Responsibilities
Lead Opportunity Management.
Maintain operational excellence and manage pipeline through CRM.
Create and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Manage new projects and opportunities by establishing clear leadership and orchestration.
Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities and develop account plans for enterprise loyal customers.
Understand company businesses, highlight total IT usage, and identify potential expansion areas.
Map solutions (references) with customer business needs to differentiate them in their markets, providing an overall roadmap and highlighting short-term and long-term business needs.
Understand customer business needs and map solutions through closely working with Channel Partners and pre-sales / solutions teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (business administration, IT).
At least 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in Pakistan.
Skills
Effective communication with ‘C’ level management.
Solution selling experience, including customer education through training.
Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and a structured approach.
Revenue-driven with knowledge of sales processes.
Customer-focused with a proactive business hunter mentality.
Market insight and understanding of the needs of global, regional, and enterprise businesses.
Experience in selling Cloud SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.
Over 5 years of sales and marketing experience with a proven track record.
Knowledge of DRAAS and BAAS.
Dedicated and professional sales expertise.
