Job Description
We're hiring experienced resources for the position of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sales cycle, which will be an added advantage.
They should be confident in building new client relationships and creating new opportunities to expand business in different directions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Monitor the latest industry trends and market conditions.
- Analyze the current customer base, including portfolios, to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts.
- Stay up to date on company best practices, policies, products, pricing, and promotions.
- Create devices or methods to gather important data and properly use the data acquired.
- Keep a close check on changing trends, predict the reasons for such changes, and help improvise strategies according to market demand.
- Manage international client dealings (B2B and B2C).
- Search for new customers and bring business to the company.
- Manage the sales pipeline.
- Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.
- Assist in the company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and website.
- Analyze current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues, and product deficiencies to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
- Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
- Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
- Train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Experience managing budgets and reviewing financial statements.Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.Familiarity with BD tools such as Sendinblue is preferred.Critical thinking skills, analytical, and organized.Excellent MS Office skills (including email marketing).Job Type : Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
