Business Development Manager
to lead growth initiatives and build strong business partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth targets. Build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships. Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategy. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for business alignment. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3+ years of experience
in business development, sales, or partnerships (preferably in digital / IT / marketing). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability. Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
