We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. The ideal candidate will be focused, possess strong communication skills, and be able to think critically when making plans and executing strategies.
Compensation includes a commission on top of the base salary upon achieving targets each month.
Role And Responsibilities :
- Initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects proactively.
- Coordinate requirements, develop, and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.
- Contact potential clients to explore business opportunities through active social media and digital marketing.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Interact with existing strategic customers to clarify mutual performance and growth goals.
- Establish and track monthly goals and objectives.
- Create and implement new service strategies.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Note : You can earn commissions on top of your base salary upon achieving your monthly targets. Commission rates will be discussed during the interview based on experience.
