Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or customer relations (preferably in the IT / Design industry). Key Responsibilities

Generate and bring in projects related to our industry through various channels, including : Cold emailing Freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr Company website inquiries Coordinate with the social media team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Run and manage paid advertisements to acquire new clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Actively identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on leads, conversions, and overall business performance. Required Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth. Experience with international clients and project acquisition. Familiarity with IT and design-related services will be an advantage. Working Hours

On-site, full-time role : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM Location
