The main purpose of this position is to lead and manage Channel Product Planning activities in line with business goals and company strategy. This includes focusing on the following areas : Maintaining Product Roadmaps for GSM segment and coming up with new product level initiatives Responsible for product planning, pricing and related strategies Responsible for planning and growth of segment including all subsequent products like E-Voucher & Scards Planning / designing of campaigns to get desired business uptake Responsible for New Product level initiatives (GSM) and keep track of product update and performance Competition Insights for Products and coordination with channel distribution team to address critical issues Your Typical Day will look like : Working closely with all the stakeholders for roadmap discussions and planning Conducting belt level analysis and preparing penetrative strategies Keeping a close eye on customer and competitor insights into better product planning Providing business performance insights to stake holders which help them to take better business decisions Preparing product forecasts Foreseeing the challenges and its impact on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges Executing plans at channel end in collaboration with on-ground teams for product uptake. Based on data analysis highlighting areas of improvement and offering solutions to resolve issues QOS analysis & future actions based on the outcome of analysis Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency Analyze day to day performance of channels & suggesting required changes to effectively achieve the desired results / targets Achieve performance in accordance with corresponding KPIs Closed coordination with BI team to get customer insights and consumer treads Your Career Path : Candidate will have the opportunity to strengthen his / her leadership capabilities and have avenues opened to work in other business domains at same or higher level (within Circles or at HQ end) What we're looking for : Education : Masters / bachelor's in business administration or related fields.Knowledge of data science is a plus and will be preferred with display of data modelling. Work experience : 2-3 Years in Channel OR Segments. Planning / Pricing experience preferred Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas :
