Your Impactful Goals will include : Assist in developing a coherent brand strategy ensuring achievement of business objectives Assist in crafting an executional creative yearly plan based on the locked brand strategy Developing integrated campaigns in close liaison with creative agency partners to achieve campaign and business objectives Ensure brand stewardship by keeping consistent tone of voice, personification and establishment of our unique selling proposition Closely monitor BHT indicators to extract opportunities and way forward for the brand Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for effective execution of the campaigns across various touchpoints Be the brand custodian of Telenor and ensure consistency and strict adherence to our group drive brand guidelines Brand POC for internal user departments ensuring timely support and delivery of required marketing collateral Your Typical Day at Work
Your Typical day at work Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to implement company's strategy and vision Agency Management, in particular creative and media Working closely with the UDs to understand their needs and propose effective executions accordingly Developing and evolving ideas to bring together brand goals, revenue objectives and consumer needs Assist in swift execution of all brand plans, campaigns and communication Gaining deep understanding of competitors' strategy and activities Assist in achieving brand objectives (Business objectives, Marketing / advertising objectives, Communication objectives and Media Objectives) What we are looking for
Education :
Minimum bachelor's degree, MBA preferred (preferably in Marketing) Work experience : Relevant brand management and communication development experience will be preferred Project management Stakeholder management Potential Career Path
Vertical and horizontal move within the marketing function including brands, digital marketing or media services based on the competence / performance of the individual and the available opportunity. Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
