Assistant Manager Distribution

The objective of this position is to manage the overall distribution department and to ensure the smooth flow of Supply Chain to Global Distributors network through out Pakistan.

Responsibilities

Preparation of Production Plan as per Sales Forecast by the Sales Department and follow up of the plan.

Supervision of Finished Goods Warehouse.

In-time stock dispatches to Global Distribution Branches throughout Pakistan.

Liaison with third parties regarding the manufacturing of products for the network of Global Distributors.

SCM Software (Sidat Hyder Morshed) usage and verification of various documents generated by SCM such as Adjustment In / Adjustment Out, Sales Orders, Delivery Challan, Invoices, Sales Returns, MKT GRNs, etc.

Qualifications

Time management with focus on delivering products as per agreed deadlines

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Word

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
