Job descriptionAct as the Product Owner in Agile teams—owning and prioritizing the product backlog. Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage refinement sessions. Work closely with designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-impact features. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum team. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and define success metrics. Engage with customers to understand their challenges and ensure the platform delivers value. Monitor and analyze product usage metrics, engagement data, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions. Support go-to-market and business forecasting discussions where needed. 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS environment. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in SaaS product development. Certification in Scrum and or Product Management.
