Manager Operations - Data Conversion

Manager Operations Data Conversion will have the following responsibilities :

• Coordination among various teams like Operation, Support and Management
• Communication Management between stakeholders in USA, Australia and Pakistan
• Report Writing, Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring
• Analyzing the issues reported in software application for logs and reports
• Ensuring KPI
• Making sure that the operations are successful
• Motivation Management and team building
• Process Implementation and Improvements
• Continuous Process Improvements

Job Specification

Experience and Education

At least 5 years of Experience running successful operations in BPO or Call Centers. Graduate from a reputed foreign or local university. ITIL, Six Sigma Certification is a plus.
