E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, timely shipping, and excellent customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Process incoming orders efficiently and accurately. Shipping and Logistics : Generate shipping labels through the courier's portal. Track orders to monitor delivery status and identify any potential issues. Coordinate with courier services to resolve any shipping-related problems. Optimize shipping costs and delivery times. Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving. Reporting and Analytics : Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order volume, shipping costs, and delivery times.
