Responsibilities :

• Assist with recruitment and oversee onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, performance, absence, and leave issues, as well as employee relations.
• Oversee the cycle of staff performance evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day human resource concerns; ensuring that organisational policies are consistently and fairly applied.
• Create and implement policies and procedures pertaining to employees.
• Create, administer, and manage employee programmes that foster a culture of recognition and reward for exceptional behaviour and performance.
• Conduct and manage employee surveys and take appropriate steps to improve the work environment.
• Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations.
