Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Hyper Future E-commerce
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their people needs, anticipate changes, and provide proactive solutions
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees in areas such as performance management, employee relations, and talent acquisition
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations when required
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management activities and maintain accurate employee records
- Champion a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Drive employee engagement and retention through effective employee recognition and development programs
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and processes
