This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist, located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Human Resources Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Daily tasks include sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process. This role also involves employer branding and maintaining HR records. Salary : up to 150,000 PKR Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills 5 years of experience in hiring and recruitment processes Employer branding experience Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is a plus Location : Office H-1, 3rd Floor Awami Arcade, Iran Road, Satellite Town Rawalpindi Seniority level
