Senior Manager HR

Senior Manager HR will be a broad-based human resource generalist with strategic insight and proven leadership experience in HR management. The Senior Manager Human Resources will be responsible for developing, implementing and driving business transformation efforts in the areas of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), policies and procedures, processes, and analytics / reporting. This position will identify new technologies, tools and initiatives that will reduce cost, increase efficiencies and improve HR processes.

Job Specification

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from a well-reputed university.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 05 years in a senior management role.
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Law, Compliance requirements, and the resolution of complex employee relation issues.
• Strong expertise in process / project management, with ability to set and deliver upon HR strategies, actions and plans in support of business objectives.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
