Job Specification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent an MBA or MA in Human Resource Management is a definite advantage

• Extensive exposure and network in the IT industry
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, counseling, facilitation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills
• Strong business knowledge and demonstrated ability to execute complex business initiatives
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Experience in administration of benefits and other HR programs.
