Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for the organization. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs for smooth integration into the company. Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote morale and productivity. Address employee concerns and grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment. Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management efficiently. Ensure compliance with labor laws and industrial regulations. Support training and development initiatives to upskill employees and improve performance. Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. JOB REQUIREMENTS

3 years of HR experience in the industrial sector. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism. Proven track record of building a positive and inclusive work culture.
