FIVE G SOFT is looking for a dedicated person who has more than 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Resource Management, especially in a Software House.
Responsibilities :
- Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Creating and distributing contractual & organizational announcements.
- Providing customer service to organization employees.
- Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors / administrators.
- Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
- Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
- Maintaining Holiday calendar for the team.
- Compiling reports and preparing spreadsheets.
Recruitment / New Hire Process :
Creating Value vs Cost model for each hiring position.Creating head count forecast based on company goals.Participating in recruitment efforts.Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process.Collecting employment and tax information.Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.Preparing new employee files.Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).Administering new employment assessments.Serving as a point person for all new employee questions.Record Maintenance :
Maintaining current HR files and databases.Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.Job Specification
Master's Degree in Business Administration or HR Management.5 years of relevant work experience in HR in a reputable organization.Excellent email writing and written / verbal communication skills.Strong organization and project management skills.Friendly and personable demeanor.Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.Location : Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan
