Have a thorough knowledge of how the HC sales market operates in the US Annual Targets fulfilment Year over Year growth for assigned accounts within team Managing day-to-day issues related to team members Hunting New Business (prospecting) Expanding Business with Collaboration with UK, India & Global Teams Monthly forecasting Supporting and facilitating a learning culture through available WiGs trainings ensuring participation and attendance Thorough engagement with team members to ensure your part as a knowledge hub for ALL team members Have the capability to resolve and drive customer opportunities, requests and issues within the organization Celebrate wins and maintain a culture of accountability for underperforming team members Have the capability to utilize the organization’s provided tools to increase customer base by new customer acquisition Administrative Responsibilities
