Job Description : Hive Tech is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of our enterprise-grade power and IT infrastructure solutions. If you have hands-on experience in selling UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and related tech solutions, and enjoy working with corporate clients and industrial sectors, we want you on our team. Your Key Responsibilities : Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and industrial partners. Identify client requirements through site visits, technical surveys, and consultations. Propose and deliver customized power and IT infrastructure solutions (UPS systems, energy storage, and networking). Prepare and present compelling proposals, technical presentations, and commercial offers. Manage the complete sales lifecycle : lead generation → solution design → deal closure → after-sales support. Coordinate closely with the engineering and technical support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. Contribute to strategic sales planning and quarterly revenue goals. Job Specification :
We’re Looking For : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related field. 3–6 years of technical sales experience in power systems, energy, or ICT sectors. Proven success in B2B solution selling with a consultative approach. Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power backup design, and energy storage solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Ability to travel across the North region (Punjab, KPK, AJK) for meetings and site visits.
