NexGen-X is seeking a Technical Account Manager with 3 years of experience in the Computer Networking industry to join our team in Islamabad. As a subsidiary of IP Centric Systems, we are dedicated to building tomorrow's solutions today.

Responsibilities : - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams - Understand the customer's business needs and technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their objectives - Provide technical support and product expertise to customers throughout the sales cycle - Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations and training sessions for customers - Manage customer expectations and ensure successful customer onboarding and adoption - Communicate technical feedback from customers to internal teams to improve products and services Job Specification

  • Knowledge of Computer Networking, TCP / IP, routing, switching, load balancers, firewalls, web application firewalls - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience with project management and presenting to executives
