The Senior Enterprise Account Manager plays a crucial role in driving strategic partnerships and achieving ambitious sales goals within Arwen Tech. This position requires a highly experienced and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in managing complex enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, deep industry knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.
Responsibilities
- Expand our work in new areas of the client’s business through new offerings and services via approved contracting channels. Help originate sales opportunities and take them through to successful closure.
- Respond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunities.
- Manage the SOW and provide status updates to clients for the incremental work sold.
- Work closely with the commercial director to report on P&L and MIS for incremental sales.
- Create and manage account-based and industry-specific marketing programs, including in-person events, webcasts, email campaigns, and content syndication.
- Collaborate across business units (Digital, Campaigns, Product Marketing, Product Development, Go-to-Market) with content marketing and campaign strategists to align messaging, event format, and goals.
- Build and maintain C-level relationships across lines of business to understand business goals, concerns, and priorities within key accounts.
- Partner with internal teams to build comprehensive account plans, ensuring long-term customer influence and sales goal achievement.
- Identify new accounts and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements
Routine work includes preparing weekly reports and quarterly review meetings, communicating with higher management, and maintaining essential data recording systems.

Knowledge : Deep industry knowledge, motivated, highly structured and organized.Skills : Familiarity with Arwen’s solutions and products, proficiency in MS Office, strong account management and relationship-building skills.Abilities : Reliable, responsible, driven to exceed sales plans, sound judgment, ability to manage decision-makers, and present business cases to senior management.Education, Experience, and Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.7-10 years of experience in a related field (System Integrator), with experience managing major national accounts at the head office level.
