The position is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. The role requires acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and expanding relationships by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty.
- Understand customer needs thoroughly.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing suitable solutions.
- Maintain and grow current business within the assigned territory, meeting or exceeding company objectives.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements following company guidelines.
- Achieve sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Train and educate customers and their associates on products and marketing programs.
- Manage bids and participate in sales promotion activities.
- Use relationship selling to help grow customer businesses with Arwen’s solutions.
- Resolve product issues promptly.
- Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on credit issues.
- Participate in Opportunity Mapping sessions with vendors.
- Engage in vendor and product selection meetings.
- Update sales CRM records regularly.
Requirements :
Routine reporting and participation in review meetings are essential. Accurate data recording is part of the role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Knowledge : Deep industry knowledge, motivated, well-organized.Skills : Familiarity with Arwen’s solutions, proficiency in MS Office, strong account management and relationship skills.Abilities : Dependable, responsible, capable of managing decision-makers, and presenting business cases to senior management.Education, Experience, and Certification :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.At least 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in System Integration or IT sales.Experience managing major national accounts and a self-motivated attitude.Competencies :
Proven sales experience, team player, sales certifications, goal-oriented.
