Huawei is seeking an experienced Director Strategic Enterprise Sales - Govt Accounts to lead strategic relationships, drive business expansion, and manage high-impact projects within the public sector and government domains .
The role focuses on developing CXO-level client relationships , identifying strategic business opportunities, and driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives with government stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations for high-value projects, influencing key decision-makers, and ensuring Huawei’s strong positioning in the pan-government ecosystem .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, directors, and senior government stakeholders.
- Formulate and execute client relationship plans , enabling Huawei to become a trusted technology partner.
- Lead customer strategic insights — identify key challenges, propose tailored ICT solutions, and create mutual value-based engagements .
- Serve as Project Director for high-value pan-government projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery success.
- Drive project operations including demand management, negotiations, financial models, dispute resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Guide Huawei’s cross-functional teams to align solutions with government digitalization strategies .
- Act as a mentor for client managers , enabling capability development and contributing to a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls , policy guidelines, and corporate governance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or related fields.10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, public sector business development, or government client management .3+ years of direct experience managing pan-government or large-scale ICT projects .Strong knowledge of government procurement processes , bidding models, and public-sector sales frameworks.Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with CXO-level government officials .Expertise in complex solution selling, negotiation, and project delivery management .Excellent stakeholder management, risk assessment, and decision-making skills.Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to collaborate with diverse internal teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
