Role Description – Account Manager / Account Executive
As an Account Executive at Raast Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best level of service. Along with maintaining existing accounts, you will actively prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and virtual meetings (Zoom).
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, not shy to camera, extrovert and confident in client communication as well as business development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and communication.
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Conduct zoom meetings with prospects and closing them to clients.
- Understand client requirements and tailor-made service options.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Support the sales process by assisting with proposals, quotations, and coordination.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident phone, email, and Zoom manner.Must have at least 3 years proven experience in telesales (B2B preffered).Ability to prospect and generate leads independently.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Zoom.Both Male and Females are encouraged to apply.Must be able to work from the office during the shift 3 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 Noon (PKST).Confident personality and well-dressed.Compensation & Benefits
