Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing, positioning WellnessLiving as a strategic solution to support customers’ business growth. Engage with inbound leads, qualifying prospects and converting interest into active, loyal customers. Drive outbound sales efforts by initiating cold outreach to identify and build new business opportunities. Deliver tailored product demonstrations that communicate the value and ROI of our SaaS platform. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, driving product adoption, utilization, and satisfaction across assigned accounts. Represent WellnessLiving with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline activity using our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring real-time visibility into progress and forecasts. Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas. 3+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong grasp of managing a high volume of inbound and outbound communications. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, including cold-calling and lead generation. Proficient in managing the full sales cycle, from discovery calls and needs analysis to product demonstrations and closing. 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS environment. Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to build lasting client relationships based on trust and value. Minimum 3 years of experience selling to small businesses (health and wellness sector an asset). Highly organized, driven, and adaptable : ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
