Hive Tech is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of our enterprise-grade power and IT infrastructure solutions. If you have hands-on experience in selling UPS systems, inverters, batteries, and related tech solutions, and enjoy working with corporate clients and industrial sectors, we want you on our team.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and grow relationships with corporate clients, system integrators, and industrial partners.
- Identify client requirements through site visits, technical surveys, and consultations.
- Propose and deliver customized power and IT infrastructure solutions (UPS systems, energy storage, and networking).
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, technical presentations, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle : lead generation → solution design → deal closure → after-sales support.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering and technical support teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Contribute to strategic sales planning and quarterly revenue goals.
Job Specification : We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related field.3–6 years of technical sales experience in power systems, energy, or ICT sectors.Proven success in B2B solution selling with a consultative approach.Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power backup design, and energy storage solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Ability to travel across the North region (Punjab, KPK, AJK) for meetings and site visits.Job Rewards and Benefits : Communication,Incentive Bonus,Leaves,Medical,Provident Fund #J-18808-Ljbffr
